We each carry our own stories, filled with hurt, suffering, and moments that have shaped us in challenging ways, as well as times of great strength, joy, and pride. Therapy can be helpful when the memories of the challenging times continue to get in the way of creating new experiences or fulfilling patterns of relating to other people in your family and your network.
I enjoy working with men who have experienced a level of success professionally but struggle to master their inner experiences, impacting their ability to show up for themselves and their families in ways that feel sustainable and achievable. I hold a special place in my heart for fathers who want to understand their children and teens on a deeper level and parent in a way that feels congruent with their values, not just what society says is the “right” way to parent or how they were raised themselves.

I also enjoy working with young adults who have experienced trauma or loss at a young age and are seeking to find their place in a big, confusing world. Together, we will explore what happened to you from a brain, body, and spirit perspective, lean into your strengths and inner wisdom as they reveal themselves, and integrate who you wish to be into the foundation of who you are. You have survived this long in the world, and our work will honor the tools and “protectors” you already have while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you.

Over time, we will build safety, deepen your understanding of how your nervous system responds to stress, and strengthen your ability to regulate, connect, and make intentional choices. My goal is for you to leave therapy with a renewed sense of agency, more fulfilling relationships, and a life that feels more aligned with your authentic self.
