I strive to build trusting and safe working relationships with my clients as a foundation to explore symptoms related to trauma, family conflict, and complex PTSD. I utilize an individualized and creative approach, helping children and adolescents ages 10 and up, adults, and families connect their brains, bodies, and emotions in a way that helps them feel understood, confident, and secure.​
